SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to the United States and Europe only.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment. Orders with 2 or more jars ship free.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).

DELIVERY TIME
After processing, delivery takes 6–12 business days. Total estimated time from order to delivery: 7–15 business days. During holidays or peak periods, delivery may take a few extra days.

TRACKING
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take up to 72 hours to show its first update.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please review your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours and we will correct it before the order ships.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of purchase, or your tracking shows no updates for 7 business days, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL]. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
